Joseph (Joe) Indelicato, Jr. has been practicing law for over 36 years. His primary practice is Family Law and he has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993. Joe was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston. Joe is a Fellow in the Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He has been very active in the State Bar of Texas, where he is a past Director and is a Past Chair of the Family Law Section. He is an active speaker and author of continuing legal education courses throughout the state.
