Dr. Joe A. Schulz is Chief Legal Officer and Vice-President of the Legal Affairs Department at Terra Labor Consulting Group, LLC in Houston. Licensed in Minnesota, he focuses on corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and cross-border business operations. Joe previously spent over 20 years in Texas public education as a teacher and administrator before earning his J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. He also holds a Doctorate and Masters in Education and is active in local professional and community organizations.
