She has made court appearances throughout Texas, drafted responsive pleadings, negotiated and drafted settlement agreements for various clients.
Kristin’s experience in small business extends into protecting her client’s physical assets as well. She has experience in real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the purchase and sale of improved and unimproved real estate using purchase agreements and option agreements; leasing; title; eminent domain; condemnation; adverse possession; zoning matters; and curing complex title defects.
Kristin has provided expert witness support in oil and gas title litigation disputes. Her extensive drafting experience extends into Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions and Supplemental and Lease Acquisition Title Opinions in Texas, Colorado, Pennsylvania, and North Dakota. She is also skilled at preparing and negotiating oil and gas leases, surface leases, and other agreements necessary for oil and gas operations.
Originally from East Texas, Kristin is now happy to call Richmond “Home” with her husband Shawn.
