Michelle T. Rangel received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2001 and has over 13 years of experience in general counsel and litigation services. She is currently the General Counsel Division Chief at the Fort Bend County Attorney’s Office in Richmond, Texas. She supervises the division responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts valued in excess of $100 million per year. Michelle also provides senior level in-house counsel to elected officials and executive managers.
