Phillip S. Larmond is a founding member of Larmond, Evans, & Brignac, PLLC. Mr. Larmond earned his J.D. with honors from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While there he sharpened his advocating skills, excelling as a member of the law school's mock trial team and representing indigent clients as part of the law school's pro bono legal clinic. Mr. Larmond has earned admission to the State Bar of Texas and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. As a practicing attorney, his continued impassioned representation of client matters has led to numerous favorable outcomes. Mr. Larmond's primary areas of practice is Family Law, Criminal Law, and Consumer Rights. Prior to practicing law Mr. Larmond served in the active component of the United States Military and continues to serve in the United States Military in the Army Reserves as a Logistics Officer. His military experience has enhanced his ability to communicate with, relate to, and work well with a diverse group of people and has also contributed to his steadfast belief in the liberties and rights afforded under the United States Constitution. As such, his passion for the practice of law is fueled by his dedication to public service and commitment to serving the interests of all.
